§ CONTACT · SIC PROGRAM DESK

Talk to a Program Advisor

“One scan reaches a real human at the SIC program desk. No bot, no form, no broker.”

SIC operates a WhatsApp-only intake. There is no online registration form and no third-party brokers. Scan the code below to reach a program advisor who will walk you through eligibility, division selection, the consent paperwork your school may need, and any program-fee specifics.

§ 01 · Scan to Connect

The Only Way to Reach the Program Desk

Scan the WhatsApp code, then send a short message.

Your message can be as short as “Inquiring about SIC S15 — Grade 10 student, interested in Senior Division.” The advisor will reply, typically within one business day, with the right next-step questions for your situation.

Inquiries from parents, school program directors, and students themselves are all welcome. The advisor adapts intake to whoever is asking.

§ 02 · What Happens Next

Three Steps After You Scan

From your first WhatsApp message to your active S15 participant status — the path is the same for every applicant.

01

Intake Conversation

~ 15 minutes

The advisor confirms your grade, location, and Junior or Senior preference, then explains the consent paperwork your school may need. This is a real conversation, not a form to fill out.

02

Eligibility Confirmation

~ 2–5 business days

The program desk reviews your situation, confirms eligibility, and walks through any school-side paperwork. If you’re applying as a Senior team, this is when your team is registered together.

03

Active S15 Participant

By Regional Stage opens

You get portal access, simulator credentials (Junior), team mentor assignment (Senior), the rubric webinar invitations, and the first S15 bulletin. Regional Stage opens in early April.

§ 03 · Program Desk Details

The Specifics

Operating Organization

SKT

SIC is operated end-to-end by SKT (Shenzhen-based). The advisor you reach via WhatsApp is a SKT program staff member. There are no third-party agents or resellers.

Endorsement

CEE-endorsed · ACME-supported

SIC’s curriculum and four-axis rubric are CEE-endorsed and academically governed by ACME. These institutions endorse and support; SKT operates.

Coverage

Global · Bilingual

Mentor office hours and program desk support run across Asia, Europe, and Americas time zones. All advisor interactions are available in English and simplified Chinese.

§ 04 · For Schools & Partners

School Coordinators & Institutional Partners

If you are a school coordinator, university outreach contact, finance-club faculty advisor, or institutional partner interested in SIC at scale — the WhatsApp program desk is also your route, with a different intake.

School coordinators: scan and identify yourself as institutional.

The advisor will route you to the partnerships desk, which handles multi-student coordination, school consent paperwork at scale, and any institutional cohort arrangements. We do not have a separate “schools” form — the same scan, with the right opening sentence, gets you the right person.

Useful opening sentence: “School coordinator inquiry — [name of school], interested in coordinating SIC S15 participation for [N] students.”

§ 05 · Frequently Asked Questions

About Reaching SIC

§ 01

Is WhatsApp really the only channel?

For applicant intake — yes. WhatsApp is the primary contact channel because it lets advisors handle bilingual conversation, share consent paperwork, and follow up over the four-stage season in one place. SIC does not maintain a separate email intake address for new applicants; school coordinators on a dedicated institutional track have an email-only route, but it is opened during the WhatsApp conversation.

§ 02

I don’t have WhatsApp. Can I still apply?

WhatsApp installation is part of the intake — the program desk walks first-time users through it. If you’re a parent or school coordinator who would prefer to handle intake on behalf of a student, that’s also fine: many parents handle the WhatsApp conversation while the student focuses on the program itself.

§ 03

How long does the advisor take to reply?

Typically within one business day during Application stage (March – June). Slower replies (2–3 business days) are possible during peak weeks; the advisor will acknowledge receipt within a few hours regardless.

§ 04

Can I be contacted by someone outside the program?

Anyone claiming to represent SIC outside the official WhatsApp program desk — agents, course providers offering “SIC prep packages,” recruiters offering paid registration — is not authorized. SKT does not work with brokers or commission-based resellers. If someone claims a SIC affiliation outside the official channel, please flag it to the program desk.
