The Only Way to Reach the Program Desk

Your message can be as short as “Inquiring about SIC S16 — Grade 10 student, interested in Senior Division.” The advisor will reply, typically within one business day, with the right next-step questions for your situation.
Inquiries from parents, school program directors, and students themselves are all welcome. The advisor adapts intake to whoever is asking.
Three Steps After You Scan
From an advisor inquiry to official S16 registration: confirm your division, complete registration and payment in Webloom, then follow the Bloom task cards.
Intake Conversation
The advisor confirms your grade, location, and Junior or Senior preference, then explains the consent paperwork your school may need. This is a real conversation, not a form to fill out.
Eligibility Confirmation
The program desk reviews your situation, confirms eligibility, and walks through any school-side paperwork. If you’re applying as a Senior team, this is when your team is registered together.
Active S16 Participant
After registration and payment, Bloom provides learning resources and task instructions. Trading begins on 12 October 2026; Senior reports are due on 11 December at 15:00 Beijing time.
The Specifics
SKT
SIC is operated end-to-end by SKT (Shenzhen-based). The advisor you reach via WhatsApp is a SKT program staff member. There are no third-party agents or resellers.

Use the SIC S16 handbook and Bloom task cards for scoring: Junior trading 100%; Senior trading 10% and report 90%.

Mentor office hours and program desk support run across Asia, Europe, and Americas time zones. All advisor interactions are available in English and simplified Chinese.
School Coordinators & Institutional Partners
If you are a school coordinator, university outreach contact, finance-club faculty advisor, or institutional partner interested in SIC at scale — the WhatsApp program desk is also your route, with a different intake.
School coordinators: scan and identify yourself as institutional.
The advisor will route you to the partnerships desk, which handles multi-student coordination, school consent paperwork at scale, and any institutional cohort arrangements. We do not have a separate “schools” form — the same scan, with the right opening sentence, gets you the right person.
Useful opening sentence: “School coordinator inquiry — [name of school], interested in coordinating SIC S16 participation for [N] students.”
About Reaching SIC
Which messaging channel should I use?
WhatsApp or WeChat can be used for advisor questions. Formal S16 registration and payment are completed through Webloom. The handbook also lists sic@sktedu.com for organiser inquiries and exceptional division-change applications.
I don’t use WhatsApp. Can I still apply?
Yes. Use Webloom to complete official registration; WhatsApp is not a prerequisite. Ask an advisor for help if you need guidance choosing a division.
How long does the advisor take to reply?
Ask the advisor about response times. S16 registration runs from 11 September to 29 November 2026; complete formal entry and payment in Webloom before the deadline.
Can I be contacted by someone outside the program?
Verify official registration and payment in Webloom. Ask the organiser to confirm any third party’s claimed role before paying; advisor contact alone is not proof of an official entry.
